The Magic Of The Aloe Plant

As a child, my mother taught me about the magic in the aloe plant.  I burnt my finger and she immediately cut off a leaf of the aloe vera plant and a thick liquid started oozing from the leaf.  This soothing, cool gel took the burn out of the burn.

The properties of the aloe vera plant are numerous. Applied topically the gel aids skin rashes and burns with its healing, soothing, and moisturizing benefits.  Aloe gel is gentle enough for the most sensitive skin types.  Aloe vera contains twelve vitamins, twenty minerals twenty amino acids, and over 200 active enzymes.

The aloe vera plant helps strengthen the immune system, regulates and boosts metabolism, cleans the body of toxins, calms the body, destroys bacteria, fungus and viruses, helps disinfects and stimulate new cell growth,  and helps support a healthy digestive system.

Anti-inflammatory but active and skin enhancing is what you receive from the Bello Moi products which are aloe based. The two eye care products, iRestoring Creme and the iFirming Serum, both gently nourish and rejuvenate the delicate eye area.   The Recovery Antioxidant Masque is another example of a soothing aloe based product containing DMAE to firm and improve collagen, ginko biloba to increase circulation, sea buckthorn to promote healing, tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E) to protects the skin cells from free radical damage, and alpha lipoic acid to reduce inflammation.

All through history and from Native American to ancient Egyptians to Chinese herbalist, the amazing aloe plant has been use to heal.  Now, modern day skin care and cosmetic manufactures realize the many benefits of the plant.

The truth is many of us aren’t eating enough calcium rich foods.

We all know calcium is important for your bones, and plays a role in calming the nervous system. What role does it play in the health of your skin? Calcium is the most common mineral in the human body and in regards to skin.
