Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped kale 
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup almond milk 
1½ cups frozen blueberries
½ frozen banana 

Toppings:
½ banana, sliced
¼ cup blueberries
3 strawberries, sliced
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 tablespoons chopped almonds
1 tablespoons unsweetened coconut shavings
¼ cup granola 

Directions:
Place the kale, chia seeds, and milk in a blender and puree until smooth. 
Add the frozen blueberries, and banana to the blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a bowl and garnish with toppings.

Blueberries are a good source of antioxidants. They are rich in fiber as well as vitamins A and C, while low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium.
