Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
1/2 frozen bananas
1/4 cup oats
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Optional Toppers: Shredded coconut and chia seeds.
Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Coconut helps to increase energy by burning fat. It is utilized by the body to actually produce energy, rather than to store it as body fat.
