Coconut Mango Green Smoothie

Ingredients:  1 frozen banana, 1/3 cup frozen mango, 1/3 cup almond yogurt, 1/3 spinach, 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds, handful of cashews,1/2 cup coconut water, topped with goji berries & pumpkin seeds.  Directions:  blend all ingredients together in blender.                             Spinach contains magnesium that helps in replenishing your lost energy within seconds.

Peanut Butter Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients: 1 cup almond milk 1/2 frozen bananas 1/4 cup oats 2 tablespoons peanut butter 1 tablespoons shredded coconut 1 tablespoon chia seeds Optional Toppers: Shredded coconut and chia seeds.                Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth.                       Coconut helps to increase energy by burning fat. It is utilized by the body to actually produce energy, rather than to store it as body fat.

Healthy Zucchini chips

Ingredients: 1 zucchini, sliced very thin 1 tbsp olive oil,  sea salt Directions: Preheat oven to 400  Coat zucchini slices with some olive oil and sprinkle sea salt. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the rack. Bake 15-20 minutes. Turning over halfway through. Vitamins A & C found in zucchinis are strong antioxidants and are very helpful in maintaining a healthy and youthful skin. Vitamin A provides a healthy skin and vitamin C fights against free radicals that are harmful to the skin that cause aging of skin like appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, as well as age spots.
