Superfood Smoothie Bowl

3/4 cup almond milk 1 sliced frozen banana 1 cup coarsely chopped carrot 1 pitted and soaked medjool date 1 scoop vanilla protein powder      1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp ginger 1 tsp maca powder 1 tsp flaxseed                             1 tsp cacao nibs                           1 tsp shredded coconut          Place first nine ingredients in a blender and process until everything is smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with shredded coconut and cacao nibs.      Coconut contains natural anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal properties as well as cosmetic uses for your hair, skin, and nails.

Super Refreshing Strawberry Watermelon Smoothie.

Its refreshing, hydrating, and perfect for summer! Directions 1 1/2 cups fresh watermelon (seeds removed) 1 cup frozen strawberries 1/2 banana  3/4 cup water 1 lime, juiced  1 Tbsp chia seeds                         1 Tbsp flaxseed              Instructions Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.                   Chia seeds help keep you feeling full. They are a great source of fiber, antioxidants and protein, and they are one of the richest plant-based sources of omega-3 fatty acids.                     Watermelon is highly nutritious, packed full of vitamins and antioxidants. Its high water content hydrates your body, resulting in radiant skin. Watermelon is a rich source of antioxidants like lycopene, Vitamin A and C. These help reduce free radicals in the body, preventing signs of aging.
