Mango Goji Berries Parfait

Mango, goji berries, almond chia seed smoothie layered with chopped almonds, frozen mixed berries, another layer of smoothie, topped with gluten free granola, almonds, goji berries, and pumpkin seeds.                       Pumpkin seeds contain magnesium and manganese to copper, and protein. High amounts of zinc and Vitamin E make pumpkin seeds a good part of your skincare routine. They aid in the formation of new skin cells as well as collagen, which is responsible for maintaining the elasticity of your skin.

Mango Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients: 1 cup mango 1/2 cup strawberries 2 tbsp almond yogurt 1 tsp chia seeds 1 tsp flaxseeds 1/4 tsp matcha powder Directions:  blend all ingredients together.                                Mango is amazing for your skin. It is a great source of antioxidants, vitamin C, which keep your skin healthy and glowing. Mangoes are packed with vitamin A which help with maintaining a healthy skin and complexion. 

Asparagus, Almonds, and Avocado Salad

Ingredients: 1 Dozen asparagus, (Cut off tough part and discarded) 1 ripe avocados, (cut in slices) ½ cup almonds, toasted 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted Dressing:  2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil  1 tbsp orange juice 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp sesame oil finely grated zest of ½ lemon, no pith  sea salt & ground black pepper   Directions:  Cook asparagus in boiling water for 3 minutes then drain. Place in a bowl with avocados, almonds, and sesame seeds. Combine the dressing ingredients and toss gently.   Avocados are rich in healthy fatty acids, vitamins and antioxidants.

Peanut Butter Chia Seed Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:  1 medium frozen banana, 1/2 cup almond milk,1/4 cup oats,  2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp flaxseed,1 tbsp chia seeds  Directions:  In a blender, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.  Topping:  1/2 Banana sliced thin, 1 tbsp chia seeds Chia seeds are excellent for your skin. Chia seeds are rich in Vitamin E and it is easily absorbed by the body. They also contain Omega 3. Omega 3s combat acne, wrinkles, and help promote smooth skin.

Goji Berrie Bars

Ingredients :  2 cups rolled oats, 1 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup pecan pieces chopped, 1/4 cup walnuts chopped, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1/3 cup sesame seeds toasted ,1/2 cup water, 4 dates seed removed (soaked in water for about 10 min), 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 1/2 coconut oil,3/4 cup goji berries (soaked in warm water for about 10 min), 1/3 cup peanut butter, 3 tsp cinnamon.                          Directions:  preheat oven to 180°. Toast sesame seeds on baking paper on tray. In a cup add the chia seeds and water. Leave for 10 min. Combined oats, pumpkin seeds, pecans, walnuts, shredded coconut, and cinnamon. Stir until all mixed. In a food processor blend dates, and coconut oil. Add the dates and 1/2 coconut oil, peanut butter, goji berries together and mix until well combined. Place mixture on a lined baking tray. Flatten mixture and pack down well. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top. Leave I'm freezer for about an hour. Remove and cut with a sharp knife and enjoy.

Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients: 1 cup chopped kale  1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 cup almond milk  1½ cups frozen blueberries ½ frozen banana  Toppings: ½ banana, sliced ¼ cup blueberries 3 strawberries, sliced 1 teaspoon chia seeds 1 tablespoons chopped almonds 1 tablespoons unsweetened coconut shavings ¼ cup granola  Directions: Place the kale, chia seeds, and milk in a blender and puree until smooth.  Add the frozen blueberries, and banana to the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into a bowl and garnish with toppings. Blueberries are a good source of antioxidants. They are rich in fiber as well as vitamins A and C, while low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium.

Goji Berry Kale Smoothie Bowl

1 cup strawberries                      1/2 cup mango                             1/4 cup kale                                   1/4 cup of pineapple                  1/4 cup almond yogurt                  1/2 of banana                                 1 tablespoon goji berries           slice of ginger                                                             1 teaspoon matcha powder                    Directions: blend all ingredients together. Pour into a bowl. Sprinkle goji berries on top.          Goji berries are an excellent source of antioxidants.  They are loaded with beta-carotene (a pigment found in plants and fruits) which helps promote healthy skin.
