Coconut Mango Green Smoothie

Ingredients:  1 frozen banana, 1/3 cup frozen mango, 1/3 cup almond yogurt, 1/3 spinach, 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds, handful of cashews,1/2 cup coconut water, topped with goji berries & pumpkin seeds.  Directions:  blend all ingredients together in blender.                             Spinach contains magnesium that helps in replenishing your lost energy within seconds.

Goji Berrie Bars

Ingredients :  2 cups rolled oats, 1 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup pecan pieces chopped, 1/4 cup walnuts chopped, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1/3 cup sesame seeds toasted ,1/2 cup water, 4 dates seed removed (soaked in water for about 10 min), 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 1/2 coconut oil,3/4 cup goji berries (soaked in warm water for about 10 min), 1/3 cup peanut butter, 3 tsp cinnamon.                          Directions:  preheat oven to 180°. Toast sesame seeds on baking paper on tray. In a cup add the chia seeds and water. Leave for 10 min. Combined oats, pumpkin seeds, pecans, walnuts, shredded coconut, and cinnamon. Stir until all mixed. In a food processor blend dates, and coconut oil. Add the dates and 1/2 coconut oil, peanut butter, goji berries together and mix until well combined. 3/4 cup almond milk 1 sliced frozen banana 1 cup coarsely chopped carrot 1 pitted and soaked medjool date 1 scoop vanilla protein powder      1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp ginger 1 tsp maca powder 1 tsp flaxseed                             1 tsp cacao nibs                           1 tsp shredded coconut          Place first nine ingredients in a blender and process until everything is smooth. Chocolate Smoothie Protein

1/2 cup rolled oats 1 avocado 2 tsp cacao powder 1 medjool date 3/4 cup almond milk 1/2 cup ice  In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.
