1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup mango
1/4 cup kale
1/4 cup of pineapple
1/4 cup almond yogurt
1/2 of banana
1 tablespoon goji berries
slice of ginger
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1 teaspoon matcha powder
Directions: blend all ingredients together. Pour into a bowl. Sprinkle goji berries on top.
Goji berries are an excellent source of antioxidants. They are loaded with beta-carotene (a pigment found in plants and fruits) which helps promote healthy skin.
