Foods to help with aging

Avocados are packed with vitamin E and B vitamins that nourish the skin.  Yogurt contains lactic acid.  An ingredient that gently exfoliates the skin, while helping to clear up blemishes. Blueberries have a high capacity of antioxidants and compounds that help to keep cells from aging. S pinach is a good source of vitamins B, C, & E, calcium, iron, magnesium, and omega-3 fatty acids.
